Pricing depends on factors that may include the property’s size, condition and accessibility; the type and extent of pest activity; the treatment method; and the services requested.

Online, telephone or preliminary estimates may be subject to change following an inspection. RedX will explain recommended services and applicable charges before authorized work begins. Additional conditions discovered during service may require a revised estimate or separate authorization.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate property and contact information.
• Disclose known pest activity, previous treatments and relevant property conditions.
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring inspection or treatment.
• Follow all preparation, safety, reentry and aftercare instructions.
• Secure pets and inform RedX of children, occupants, sensitivities or other conditions that may affect service.
• Obtain any required permission from the property owner, landlord, property manager or other authorized party.

RedX may postpone or discontinue service when required access is unavailable, preparation instructions have not been followed or conditions may present a safety concern.

TREATMENT RESULTS

Pest activity is affected by property conditions, sanitation, moisture, weather, neighboring properties, structural access and customer cooperation. Results may vary, and some services may require multiple treatments or ongoing preventative care.

RedX does not guarantee that a property will remain permanently free of pests unless a specific written guarantee is included in the applicable service agreement. Any warranty, retreatment commitment or satisfaction guarantee applies only as expressly stated in writing.

PESTICIDE AND SAFETY INFORMATION

Products and treatment methods will be selected and applied according to applicable instructions and requirements. Customers must follow all preparation, precaution and reentry directions provided by RedX.

Customers should inform RedX before service of any relevant medical concerns, sensitivities, pets, aquariums or environmental conditions. Questions about a proposed treatment should be raised before work begins.

APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND ACCESS

Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, emergencies or the length of prior appointments. RedX will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.

Cancellation, rescheduling, missed-appointment and access policies will be disclosed when service is scheduled or within the applicable service agreement. Fees may apply when permitted and disclosed in advance.

PAYMENT

Payment terms, accepted methods, deposits and due dates will appear in the applicable estimate, invoice or service agreement. Customers are responsible for authorized charges and applicable taxes or fees.

Past-due balances may be subject to collection activity or other remedies allowed by the service agreement and applicable law. RedX will not add undisclosed charges for work that has not been authorized.
